Reflection of my research project

My topic was about Human Resource Management. I have chosen this topic because Human Resource Management can teach people how to manage people in organizations. The interesting part is after this research is that I found that Human Resource can teach people how manage people in life, not only in company. I think that Human Resource can be used in schools and homes and in many other places.

Extended Definition on Happiness

I think that happiness is a feeling that people have when they have a good thing in their life. The feeling is so good that people around the world are working to have this feeling.

Population

1. What tends allow you to feel optimistic about the future in terms of population?
Many of the people in the world feel optimistic about the future of the population. I think that is not wrong because we still have so many lands that did not used yet. Also, these lands can give us a great deal of supply such as food, water to the people. In the other I think that people nowadays don’t have as much babes as in the past. And I think that would make the population less.

2. What tends could lead to a more pessimistic outcome?
I think what could lead to a more pessimistic outcome is the big sties. What I’m worry about is the growth of the population of these big cities. That can lead to many problems in many ways. For example, the more people the more crowded streets. Also, people will not live in the city because it is too expensive. That and more can lead to more pessimistic outcome.

3. What do you think should be done in the industrial world in terms of population? In the emerging nations?
Industrial world should pay more attention on trying to find new ways to solve the problem of emerging nations. For example, in order to solve the problem they should control their birth rates by educating people. In addition, they can teach them family planning methods.

The Novel Project

Q1:
Actually I was almost so satisfied with the end of this novel. At the beginning I thought that the story is the same ending as any story. Also the end of the story really pulled the whole book together. That is because this ending answered some questions that were in my mind. For example, the animals that in the story. These animals when you read about them you think that there is something behind them. Also, it wouldn’t make any sense if the end was not written because it will not be so special for the reader.
Q2:
The major theme that my group identified is the part when Pi was in the life boat. First, this story has three main parts. The first is the background of Pi and what did he do after he survived. The second is the story of how did he survive. Third, the last part which he survives and what happened at that time. The second part is the most complicated and that is why we discussed the most in my group. This part has lots of details and descriptions about what did he do to stay a life.
I believe that the story serve as an example to illustrate these themes as an important part of the real person’s life.
Q3:
As I said there are three parts that this novel contains. In each part there are main characters in each part. Pi may the only characters that appear in each part. In the first part, the chanters that are in Pi’s background such as his family and his friends. The second parts are animals. The third part has two people who came from Japan to ask Pi about the ship.
I think that they are all real except the animals in the lifeboat because it is impossible for a boy like Pi to spend 7 moths with a tiger without being eaten by the tiger. The rest are to help the reader to understand something that the writer wants to show.
Q4:
As a story of a survivor it is hard to make the story interesting if you say from the beginning that the hero had survived. That means that when the writer said Pi survived that there is a thing that make the writer what to complete the story until the end. In the second part Pi try to live with some wild animals. That can make me as a reader that I had known that he lived to be concern how did he mange to survive. In the last part there are now finings that made me feel mad of myself of hating the firs and the second part and surprised of what I think what I understood.(because we are still dicusing about the end in my group : I hpoe I'm right)
